Tools like Triple Whale, Polar Analytics and Lifetimely were designed for prepaid, low-return Western storefronts. In India the economics are different — and that difference is where your margin goes.
Roughly a third of COD orders come back. Profify charges the forward freight, the return leg and the wasted ad spend to the order — so an RTO shows up as the loss it actually is, not a missing sale.
A placed order is not revenue when the parcel can still return. Profify books revenue when it's delivered, which is why our profit number is lower — and right — compared to a dashboard that counts every checkout.
COD outcomes take weeks to settle. You see the predicted final delivery rate and a worst-case floor for orders still in transit, so you can scale or kill today rather than next month.
Every product shows cost-per-purchase next to the breakeven CPP computed from its own true margin. Green means scale, red means you're buying losses.
Rupee amounts, GST-inclusive costing, Shiprocket and Indian payment gateways supported out of the box.

Profify is a profit-analytics platform for Indian direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brands. It connects Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shiprocket and payment gateways, then calculates true net profit per order and per product after COGS, shipping freight, RTO losses, gateway fees and ad spend.
Profify books revenue only when an order is delivered, not when it is placed. A return-to-origin (RTO) is charged the forward freight, the return leg and the ad spend that bought it, so a failed COD order shows as the loss it actually is rather than a missing sale.
Triple Whale, Polar Analytics and Lifetimely are built for prepaid Western storefronts with low return rates. Profify is built for Indian COD economics, where roughly a third of COD orders return. It treats RTO, courier freight and GST-inclusive costing as first-class, and predicts the final delivery rate of orders still in transit.
Profify has three plans billed monthly in Indian rupees: Starter at ₹4,599, Growth at ₹8,599 and Scale at ₹21,599. Starter allows one account per integration, Growth two, and Scale three, with extra account slots available.
Shopify for orders, products and customers; Meta Ads and Google Ads for spend and attribution; Shiprocket and NimbusPost for shipping and RTO; Razorpay and Cashfree for settlements and gateway fees. Daily CSV upload is supported for every source as well.
Yes. Profify includes an AI analyst that answers questions about your own data — why profit dropped, which products lose money, what to scale, and next month's forecast. It queries your live figures through tools rather than guessing, so the numbers it quotes are real.
